the postcard that I sent to my dad and his wife during my stay on Antigua. I do not remember if I actually spent time on Hawksbill Beach, but it was pretty easy getting around the island to see all of the beautiful beaches.
A postcard that I bought for my father and step-mother while I was in Antigua in 1990. “Hawksbill Beach is on the end of a peninsula projecting into the Caribbean Ocean from Antigua’s western shore. The name derives from the unusual shape of the peninsula and its similarity to a hawk’s bill. It is the site of the beautiful Hawksbill Hotel.”
